I come from a Pilates teacher back ground. I always need to work a flexible schedule no matter what I do. Flexibility isn't enough when you have a family of 4 and a strong travel bug!! I also needed a business to fit my flexible schedule. This business is exactly that. So we decided to take our family with the business on a 3 month trip to Australia and South East Asia. I have to pinch myself that this is my reality now. A business that is truly flexible!!

Welcome! I’m Kathy, and this is my family.
I’m a proud wife to my amazing husband, Chris, and a busy mom to our two wonderful kids who keep life exciting with their many activities and interests. We call the beautiful mountains of Virginia home, just outside of Washington, D.C. It’s a stunning area known for its rolling horse farms, orchards, wineries, and endless outdoor adventures.
I’m also an independent business owner representing award-winning Personal Development and Leadership Development products. In this role I have the privilege of working alongside an exceptional team of talented and supportive entrepreneurs, each striving toward meaningful goals.

THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE: With a background in marketing, I spent 30 years in the corporate world, working tirelessly for top companies in residential remodeling, tech, communications, and even early internet startups. I gained invaluable experience, climbed the leadership ladder, and built incredible teams—but I was completely burned out. More importantly, I felt a deep lack of purpose. The long hours left me constantly feeling guilty, knowing I was shortchanging my kids. Despite my success, I found myself running on autopilot—unfulfilled and far from living my best life.
Call it a midlife crisis or simply a wake-up call, but I knew something had to change.
THE SOLUTION WAS TAKING BACK CONTROL: When I left my last job, I knew a drastic change was necessary.
